The serious South African player — someone training three to five times a week, playing amateur to semi-pro — had no premium local option. The only choices were global giants charging a premium for a brand that wasn't built for this game, this heat, or this surface.

Curvo was built to change that. Not to undercut Nike and Adidas on price. To outperform them on relevance. A brand that understands hard SA pitches, the daily grind of amateur football, and the pride of pulling on a kit that looks as serious as you play.

How We Build

Green manufacturing — built into the process

Curvo doesn't treat environmental responsibility as a marketing position. Our manufacturing partner operates to a facility standard that covers how the building is powered, how water is managed, and how production inputs are controlled at every stage.

Solar-powered facility
The entire production facility runs on solar energy. From machinery to warehouse operations, every stage of manufacturing is powered by renewable energy — significantly reducing the carbon footprint of every kit produced.
Sustainable water management
Water use is controlled through responsible treatment systems and efficient process design. Wastewater is processed before release and water consumption is minimised throughout production.
Responsible production inputs
Every input — inks, treatments, finishing agents — is selected for low environmental impact. Clean production from start to finish, with waste minimised at each stage.
Printing

Sublimation printing — done right

Not all sublimation is equal. The print method is only as good as the facility behind it. Curvo sources exclusively from a print partner that meets a standard most brands never think to ask about.

Strict quality control
Every print run is inspected against exact colour and coverage specifications before it leaves the facility. What you see on the design is what arrives on the kit — no variance, no surprises.
State-of-the-art facilities
Industrial-grade sublimation equipment with precision temperature and pressure calibration. Consistent output at scale — the same result on the first jersey and the five-hundredth.
Green manufacturing
An environmentally responsible production process from ink to finished output. Waste is minimised at every stage and inputs are selected for low environmental impact throughout.
Solar-powered factory
The print facility runs entirely on solar energy. The carbon footprint of manufacturing every Curvo kit is significantly lower than conventional production — by design, not as an afterthought.
Sustainable water management
Responsible wastewater treatment and water-efficient processes are built into the facility's operating standard. Not a marketing claim — a requirement Curvo holds every print partner to.

Built for hard South African pitches, dry heat, and repeated washing. Our Pro Series uses wear-resistant sublimation polyester with reinforced stitching and abrasion-resistant panels specifically for this environment.

We stand behind every product with a quality guarantee. If it fails from manufacturing defects within normal use, we replace it. No questions, no hoops.
